Z-Wave adapter for power meter

Open-source implementation of a Z-Wave node, which connects to the Norwegian residential electricity meters' HAN port to retrieve consumption data and transmit that to the Z-Wave subscriber nodes. The device is powered off of the electricity meter's bus (power/data on the same line).
I did the full project from hardware to software and integration into Home Assistant.
