Matter-based standing desk controller replacement

I wanted to be able to voice-control (and add automation to) my standing desk. That ended up with reverse-engineering the LIN-based control protocol used by the original desk controller, implementing a driver for it in real-time software, and creating a Matter end device to communicate with a Google Nest Hub and get it integrated that way.
