My master's thesis was done in collaboration with Barco Avionics in Belgium, and consisted of the full development of an avionics video transceiver, tasked with converting an analog high-definition video signal into a packet-based fibre optic protocol, and doing the reverse on the receiving end.

Full development includes schematic capture, layout and test of the high-frequency FPGA board (Xilinx Virtex), development and test of the FPGA logic, and final verification against a protocol analyzer.
